With over 400,000 visitors expected, there are exciting commercial opportunities for local businesses, from pop-up retail to food sales and much more!
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Throughout the festival (19 to 21 July), businesses and individuals will have the opportunity to hire many of the Tall Ships to host functions, deck parties or offer hospitality to corporate clients. These events will likely require to be catered, with finger food buffet style expected predominantly.
The deadline for bids for the sole rights to cater these deck hire events was 9 August 2024. The successful bid will provide a high-quality catering offer that demonstrates good value for paying customers.

Outdoor Catering Concessions
Tall Ships Aberdeen is looking for high volume, street food and artisan traders local to the Northeast of Scotland that have a varied menu serving high quality produce.
There are limited pitches available at the event, and we will be reviewing all applications in detail.
